Trish Klaver and Jamie Alexander both serve at the Sterling/Rock Falls YMCA, Trish as the CEO and Jamie as the Senior Youth Development Director. We talk about why organizations like the Y help promote family and youth development in an area, the willingness to try new things even after failure, and how they come up with new ideas for community programs.
