R Tad Everett is a husband, father, and superintendent of the Sterling Public Schools. We talk about his journey from college athlete to teacher to assistant principal to now the superintendent in Sterling for the past 15 years. Tad has a deep love of the Sauk Valley area, and we get to talk about why he find it easy to recruit incredible teachers and coaches to this area because of all it has to offer. We also talk about how he navigated the difficult time during pandemic measures, and how he feels about the future of education in our area.
